Students will be expected to log on for remote learning.
There won’t be any more snow days, according to Banks, who stated this on Tuesday on Fox 5’s Good Day New York. Just two days before the beginning of the new school year, he declared that “technically” there were no more snow days.
If a snow day occurs, “we want to make sure that our kids continue to study with the new technology that we have—one that’s of the nice things that came out of COVID,” he continued. “I apologies, kids. No more snow days, but it’s going to be fantastic for you!”
Students will be expected to log on for remote learning, similar to how they would for in-person instruction, rather than building snowmen and calculating the force and angle necessary to strike the neighbor’s child.
